Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy
Registration & Verification
To create an account on heybaji, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time. Completing the identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory, particularly before making a withdrawal. Each individual is permitted only one account — creating multiple accounts is not allowed.

- Only one account per person is permitted.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the user's responsibility.
Suspension & Closure
Heybaji reserves the right to partially or fully suspend or close any account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, concerns about money laundering, creation of multiple accounts, or account misuse. If an account is suspended, any existing balance may be returned subject to verification. Users may also request to close their account at any time.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
The heybaji platform is strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Users are prohibited from:

- Misusing the platform through bots, scripts, or any automated software.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system in any unauthorised manner.
- Harmful communication or harassment directed at other users.
- Attempting to damage or interfere with the platform's systems or networks.
Users are personally responsible for all activity on their account. Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on heybaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Minimum Deposit: A minimum transaction amount applies to each transaction, as displayed on the platform.
- Withdrawal: Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. This is typically completed within 24 hours.
- Bonus: Specific rollover requirements must be met to activate a bonus. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until all rollover conditions have been fulfilled.
- Refund: For transactions affected by a technical error, heybaji may issue a refund subject to verification.
- Transaction Rejection: heybaji reserves the right to decline any suspicious or non-compliant transactions.
Any applicable taxes or government fees are the sole responsibility of the user. heybaji does not provide legal advice on such matters.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All intellectual property rights in heybaji's website, logo, content, software, and design belong exclusively to heybaji.
